Project Scope: Clients must provide a detailed description of the project and the required skills and expertise for the project to be completed.
Payment: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon project fee to the talent platform, which will manage the payment to the member(s) working on the project.
Confidentiality: The client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any member information or proprietary information they may be exposed to while working on projects.
Ownership: Any work product created by a member on a project for a client shall be owned by the client, and the member agrees to assign any rights to such work product to the client upon completion of the project.
Communication: Technovation Town will provide a communication platform where the client and the talent can communicate and collaborate on projects. Technovation Town recommends that the project communication remains on the provided platform. Technovation Town will not be party to any discussions or commitments made off the provided platform.
Dispute Resolution: Technovation Town will not be held responsible for any disputes between a client and the talent. Technovation Town will act as a mediatory and utilize its resources to try and resolve the issue.
Termination: The talent platform may terminate a client's account at any time, for any reason, including for violation of these terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property: The talent platform retains all rights, title and interest in and to its intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights.
